A new lease of life and soul

The brief: to give this four-bedroom garden flat a new lease of life.  We gave it definition and "soul" - by replacing pieces of furniture that are proportionate to the room space, with fabric colours that defined the spaces. Every room had colour tones that were either muted or strong - depending on the space usage. Light fixtures became important features that not inly gave light but also as decorative pieces. The back garden mostly used as a football pitch was also revamped to make it a more social space.
